Banyan Place is excited to share that the first homes within our community are under construction.
Our community is becoming, well, a… community! And dreams are becoming a reality for our lucky purchasers from Stages 1, 2 & 3 who settled in Quarter 4 last year.
This is a significant milestone for our community, and we’re pleased to share this exciting news as we continue to watch the community grow and eagerly await the first residents moving into their brand-new homes in the later part of this year.

In other construction news, earlier this year we achieved titles for stage 4 at Banyan Place and settlements for this stage are underway. No doubt, we’ll soon begin to see houses popping up within this stage as well.
To all our Stage 5 purchasers, you are not far behind! Stage 5 is currently undergoing the approval process with council and the relevant authorities to obtain Statement of Compliance (SOC) for the overall stage. Once this is achieved, we’ll be lodging the stage at the titles office. Hang in there, your settlement date is not too far away!
Construction in Stage 6 has recently been completed and the construction crew are placing the finishing touches on the Stage ahead of its first round of checks to achieve Practical Completion (PC).
Stage 6’s baby brother, Stage 6A is a little ahead of Stage 6 (sibling rivalries). As the smaller stage, it has jumped ahead and entered the final hurdles of completion and inspection works first. However, Stage 6 & 6A will likely be lodged at the titles office simultaneously.
Construction for the rest of the community is off to a cracking start this year as well.
Stage 7 earthworks commenced in November last year and the team are making good progress.
Stage 8 is currently in the final phase of obtaining plans and permits prior to commencement of early works which involve assessing and setting up the building site with all the correct health and safety measures in place. Civil construction can then kick off with the next round of tasks including setting up temporary fencing and performing a general clean-up of the site before civil earthworks begin.
