Growland is pleased to announce that civil construction has commenced at Banyan Place!
The Banyan Place community is a hive of activity with bulk earthworks now underway on the first three stages. The construction crew are hard at work with the excavators, loaders, and dump trucks to mould the existing landscape to the desired engineering levels. This includes levelling and grading the landscape, removing large rocks, and scraping off the topsoil that will be stored for later use.
The construction team will then prepare the site for the next phase of construction.
